Vintage Restored Gillette Slim H2 1962 Safety Razor

The Vintage Gillette Slim is much sought after, it's highly reliable, beautifully made and a wonderful shaver. Stamped 'MADE IN USA H2 Reg US PAT OFF'. H2 is coding, H tells us the razor was made in 1962 and 2 confirms the razor was made in the second quarter of that year.\nThis razor works perfectly, the adjustment mechanism clicks reassuringly into place, the Twist to Open (TTO) doors open and close exactly as they should. The black paint that highlights the adjusting numbers is 100% present.\nThis razor has been stripped down and the original plating was chemically removed. The parts were then replated in shiny nickel and reassembled. This razor looks as good today as it did when it left the workshop in 1962. It's in perfect working order, 100% shave ready.\nShave like James Bond, it was a Gillette Slim that James used in the 1964 movie Goldfinger..
