Crestron TSS-770 series touch screens are designed to enhance and simplify room scheduling across an enterprise. The TSS-770 installs near a meeting room or huddle space to provide a clear indication of its availability and scheduling while integrating seamlessly with the Zoom Rooms scheduling application. Support for additional room scheduling services is also provided. The TSS-770-Z-LB KIT includes one TSW770LB series room availability light bar with the touch screen, providing a complete room scheduling solution out of the box. Zoom Rooms Application The native Zoom Rooms scheduling application helps to maximize productivity and manage usage for meeting spaces. The touch screen can be configured to use the Zoom Rooms scheduling calendar, allowing users to check meeting room availability and book meetings through their organization's Zoom Rooms deployment. If desired, the room can be reserved on the spot for an ad hoc or future meeting.1,2 A provided USB drive boots the touch screen directly into Zoom Rooms scheduling mode for fast deployment.
