Plan how you want to layout your whiteboard on a piece of paper, working out how many rows and columns you need. Carefully measure and mark with a pencil the position of the top and bottom of each column, and the left and right of each row, using a spirit level if necessary. Once you have marked the position of each line, gently stretch the tape between the two marks, ensuring the tape is as taught as possible, before applying it to the board at each point, and then smoothing the length of tape against the board ensuring there are no kinks. Repeat with each line until you have your grid!.
